We're happy to announce that we have acquired the Industry Standard mark "We're good to go" meaning that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and also a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
The safety and well being of our guests, and our own family, is of the utmost importance to us during these unprecedented times.
Whilst the global pandemic continues we will be doing everything we possibly can to keep you safe during your stay, whilst ensuring you have an amazing, relaxing luxury stay.
Following our Covid-19 risk assessment of our business we have put the following measures in place.
We pride ourselves on the standard of our cleanliness here at Cedar Hollow - global pandemic or not! However, we will also now be implementing government cleaning advice for non-healthcare environments. The following cleaning measures will be put in place to reduce the risk of cross contamination:-
Hand sanitiser gel for guests use is available throughout the site
Cleaners will wear masks and disposable gloves for every clean.
All surfaces, including blind toggles, door handles and light switches will be disinfected between stays.
As a reminder, as is our standard procedure, all towels and bedding, including mattress and pillow protectors will be freshly laundered for each new set of guests.
and as standard, all glasses, cups, crockery and cutlery will be washed at a high temperature in the dishwasher between guests.
